For real estate photography, sessions typically take between 1 to 3 hours, depending on the size of the property and the package selected. We move quickly, but never rush, quality is always the goal. Luxury home package may require multiple sessions to complete depending on the clients requests.

For weddings, events, family, and commercial photography, timing varies based on the scope of the project and is detailed in your contract. These sessions can range from a few hours to full-day coverage and even long-term projects spanning multiple dates.

Real estate listing photos are usually delivered within 24 hours—because we know time is money (and listings don’t wait).

Yes! We offer virtual home and property tours as part of select photography packages or as an optional add-on. These interactive tours are a fantastic way to give potential buyers a more immersive view of the property—especially in today’s digital-first market.

While we aim to deliver your standard listing photos within 24 hours, virtual tours take a bit more time behind the scenes. They require additional programming, stitching, and setup to ensure everything looks and works just right. Because of that, some virtual tours may take up to an additional 24 hours to complete.

We’ll always keep you in the loop and make sure your photos and tour are delivered as quickly—and professionally—as possible.

While our packages are designed to bundle popular services and give you the best bang for your buck (think of it as the value meal of photography), you're never locked in. All of our products and services can be ordered individually—whether you know exactly what you need now or decide to add something later during your session. We’re here to make the process easy and tailored to you—your satisfaction is always our priority.

Yes, but the editing process depends on the type of photography session.

For real estate photography, editing is included and automatically applied based on the package selected. Each image is professionally enhanced to highlight the property's best features—ready for MLS, marketing, and online listing use.

For weddings, events, and family photography, images included in your selected package will be professionally edited. In addition, all photos from the session will be provided in their original “as-shot” form via an online gallery. You’ll be able to review the full collection and request additional edits for any favorites you'd like polished further.

Start by giving it a little TLC: tidy up, declutter, turn on all the lights, and fluff those pillows like a home-staging pro. The goal is to let the space shine without distractions. Also, be sure to put away any personal or valuable items you don’t want featured in the photos—or seen by the entire internet. That includes family photos, valuables, prescription bottles, and yes… even your prized action figure collection (we won’t judge, but the buyers might).

For weddings, events, and family portraits, usage rights and licensing details are outlined in the specific project contract. These sessions typically include personal-use rights, with additional options available if you’d like to expand how the images are shared or published.
